The Stairs at Tech Ridge

Project Overview
These stairs are nearly unmatched for the length, quality concrete, and experience.
At 333 steps, this stairway gives the entire community a place to experience.

Each step has an approx. 6″ rise, 14″ run, and 12′ wide. Additionally, hand railings have been installed with built in lighting to compliment a beautiful 171.5′ elevation change and 630′ distance.

Project Status
Completed and Opened Jan 25th 2025 in conjunction with the First Annual Dragon’s Tail Stair Climb Challenge with the City of St. George.

Project Overview

Tech Ridge has completed construction on The Container Park. This innovative office space is constructed using shipping containers, as temporary office space for various tech companies to occupy during the construction of their future buildings. These units are 945 S Tech Ridge Drive, 955 S Tech Ridge Drive, and 965 S Tech Ridge Drive. They are unique swing spaces of quality office space with conference rooms, kitchens, dining areas, and outdoor courtyards, located adjacent to Hangar C at 975 S Airport Rd.

Project Status
Construction was completed in 2024.

Container Park Offices

Project Overview

Tech Ridge has completed construction on The Container Park. Tech Ridge Rim Trail

Project Overview

The Tech Ridge Rim Trail will feature views across large portions of Washington County. Pushing the trail to edge of the mesa where possible, the community will be able to experience the area in a whole new way walking, running, biking, etc.

Project Status

Sections of the trail have been completed, including connecting The Stairs at Tech Ridge with the 13% grade trail connecting to Cloud Drive.

Project Overview

Runway Park is the first planned park on Tech Ridge, centered between the Vasion and future Planstin buildings. Its central feature is the Pavilion, an outdoor event space.

Project Status
The Pavilion was completed in 2023 and has hosted multiple events. Completion of the Runway Park will be dependent on the completion of the Planstin Building and Intergalactic Building.

Hangar C

Project Overview
Hangar C is a renovation project of the former Fedex Hangar, from airplane storage to modern tech office space. It is located near the south end of Tech Ridge, at 975 S Airport Rd.
Project Status
The renovation is complete. A fast-growing local tech company, Zonos (200+ employees), is now occupying the space as well as being a major tenant at the Container Park.

Project Overview

The Planstin Building is an approx. 100,000 sq ft, 5-story Class A office space, with planned ground floor retail, a café, and three floors of office space (the future home of Planstin and Zion HealthShare). It will be located just south of the existing Vasion building, at 475 S Tech Ridge Parkway.
Project Status
In design phase.
