Timeline
Tech Ridge’s development timeline is largely dependent on smart growth that aligns with scaling a sustainable business community in St. George. The second phase of development which includes 100,000 SF of Office Space, a 199 unit luxury apartment complex, retail offerings, and park are projected to be fully operational in 2027.

Our neighbors Black Ridge Cove, at the base of the hill, offer townhomes and single family residences. We are proud to announce that our first wave of luxury apartments are currently in design, and projected to break ground in 2026.
