Timeline

What is the Timeline for completion?

Tech Ridge’s development timeline is largely dependent on smart growth that aligns with scaling a sustainable business community in St. George. The second phase of development which includes 100,000 SF of Office Space, a 199 unit luxury apartment complex, retail offerings, and park are projected to be fully operational in 2027.

We have a variety of product types, existing and in planning, with build-to-suit options available for small to medium size businesses to 100k SF+ multi-building campuses.

What housing will be available?

Tech Ridge will offer a variety of housing types for lease and sale including: Townhomes, Apartments, and Luxury Apartments. Our neighbors Black Ridge Cove, at the base of the hill, offer townhomes and single family residences. We are proud to announce that our first wave of luxury apartments are currently in design, and projected to break ground in 2026.

    The 333-step stair path is one of Tech Ridge’s signature fitness amenities, built into the west side of the ridge with panoramic views over St. George. Designed for everyday movement and team wellness, the stairs connect directly to the 5K Rim Trail and create a natural training loop for tenants who want quick access to outdoor exercise between meetings or at the start and end of the workday.
